Program at Rotary English High School Bhuj feed back from the Students

The program about the Astronomy in Rotary English High school gone very nice. Students from 6th to 10th Standard were present. principal Ms. Gopi Trivedi took initiative and invited me in her school.

I show some slides of the photographs taken by Hubble ans showed the beautiful universe with Solar system. I also Talk about some superstitions in our society and also talked about Children science Congress. I am also Thankful to our club member Shiv Shankar Gor for introducing me in the School and by whom the program was organized 

I took the feed back from the students in a halfway of the lecture so I can continue with their questions.

What I got was amazing it was wonderful some of them is here to share with you

રોટરી ઈંગ્લિશ સ્કૂલમાં બ્રહ્માંડ દર્શનની સાથે અંધ શ્રદ્ધા નિર્મૂલન અને રાષ્ટ્રિય બાળ વિજ્ઞાન પરિષદના પ્રકલ્પ વિશે પરિસંવાદનો કાર્યક્રમ યોજાયો

રોટરી ઈંગ્લિશ સ્કૂલના બાળ વૈજ્ઞાનિકો માટે રાષ્ટ્રિય બાળ વિજ્ઞાન પરિષદ દ્વારા ખગોળ દર્શન, અંધ શ્રદ્ધા નિર્મૂલન અને ઉર્જાનું મહત્વ સમજાવતો ત્રિવેણી સંગમ જેવો કાર્યક્રમ યોજાયો હતો જેમાં શાળાના ધોરણ 6 થી 10 ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ઉત્સાહભેર ભાગ લીધો હતો.

બાળ વિજ્ઞાન પરિષદના જીલ્લા સંવાહક અને એસ્ટ્રોનોમી ક્લબના પ્રમુખ નરેન્દ્ર ગોર "સાગર" દ્વારા આપણી પૃથ્વીનું સુર્યમાળામાં સ્થાન, સુર્યનું આકાશ ગંગામાં સ્થાન વિશે દ્રશ્ય શ્રાવ્ય માધ્યમથી સમજણ આપવામાં આવી હતી. અંધશ્રધાનું સ્વરૂપ, તેનો સમાજમાં વ્યાપ અને તેનાથી દૂર રહેવા વૈજ્ઞાનિક અભિગમની જરૂરિયાત શ્રી ગોરે સમજાવી હતી. શાળાના વિજ્ઞાન શિક્ષક વૈશાલીબેન જાદવ દ્વારા બાળ વિજ્ઞાન પરિષદ દ્વારા ચાલુ વર્ષે એનર્જી ના મુખ્ય વિષય સાથે પ્રોજેક્ટ બનાવવા બાબતે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને માર્ગ દર્શન આપ્યું હતું 

બાળકોએ ઉત્સાહથી વિવિધ પ્રશ્નોત્તરી કરી હતી. શાળાના પ્રિન્સિપાલ ગોપીબેન એસ. ત્રિવેદીએ પરિચય આપી સન્માનિત કરી આભાર વિધિ કરી હતી જ્યારે કાર્યક્રમનું સંચાલન ખુશનુમા એસ. ખોજાએ કર્યું હતું.

"We imagine that our Earth is so big and vast, but we are wrong there are so much planets, stars greater than this. We observe that Sun is big but Antares is larger than the Sun and it is far away form our planet.

Many Astronomers have gone to Space Station and clicked photos of our beautiful planet.

We enjoyed a lot in this presentation and learnt too. & request Narendra Sir to visit us again and give us more information about astronomy."
